Join Adam for a photographic adventure exploring the beautiful coastline and countryside of North Wales. During this tour we will be visiting both the rugged Anglesey coastline and Snowdonia National Park, which together boast some of the finest scenery in Wales.
We will allocate plenty of time to photograph many of the highlights of these two incredible areas, plus some hidden delights in between. When it comes to spectacular coastline, Anglesey is justifiably renowned amongst photographers. We plan to visit many of the island's famous photographic spots such as South Stack, Penmon Point and of course the incredible Llanddwyn Island. Additionally, we will aim to visit a few lesser known spots on the island, to photograph cliff top vistas that will take your breath away.
When not exploring Anglesey, we will head in the opposite direction to shoot the dramatic and mountainous Snowdonia National Park. One of the UK's most beloved National Parks, Snowdonia contains a wealth of photographic treats waiting to be discovered. We will hope for reflective lakes, dramatic light, and morning mist; but whatever the conditions the scenery will be spectacular.
With our hotel being close to the Menai Bridge, we are ideally positioned to head to the coast or the mountains depending on how the forecast is looking.
In order to give you the opportunity to photograph each location in the best light, this three day tour spans four days. Our tour begins at 2.30pm on the first day, allowing you time to check in before heading out for our first sunset shoot. For the next couple of days we will shoot sunrise through to sunset, returning to the hotel for breakfast. On the fourth day we will shoot sunrise and then finish after breakfast, allowing plenty of time to check out and take a leisurely drive home.
With a maximum group number of only four participants, our chosen locations will be uncrowded ensuring everybody has access to shoot that special viewpoint. Adam will encourage you to fully explore each location to find your own viewpoints and compositions, while helping you capture beautiful landscape photographs.
Our tours are aimed at everybody, from beginners looking for advice and encouragement through to experienced photographers wishing only to be guided to locations. With such a small group, you can be assured of Adam’s attention, support and feedback throughout each location we visit.
Please note: This tour requires a moderate level of fitness. Although most locations can be accessed via short walks, there are several locations which will involve walks of between 20-30 minutes.

Recommendations
"Thank you very much for an enjoyable day on Tuesday. I particularly enjoyed your company and patient encouragement in showing me that taking good landscape photographs is not as daunting (or indeed as frustrating) as perhaps I had made it."

"Thank you for making last Friday such a terrific day. You have a talent for teaching and I learnt so much."
David, 1-2-1 Tuition Day
"Adam. I Just wanted to say a huge thank you for a fantastic day on Thursday. It has to be the best money I have ever spent on anything photographic, by a long way. Not only has my landscape photography improved, it is now on a different level, as is my technique overall."
David, Cornwall Workshop
"Just a short note to say how much Helen and I enjoyed meeting you on the Aurora Photographic workshop last week. Your presence on the workshop as principal tutor made the trip a complete success. I was particularly impressed with your willingness to help any of the participants, irrespective of their skill level and equally impressive was your patience. It was great to have shared the Icelandic experience with you and I hope that our paths will cross again. "
